“Birth is not only about making babies. Birth is about making mothers – strong, competent, capable mothers who trust themselves and know their inner strength.”

Birth Support Includes
An initial meeting to connect with one another over the phone or in person. I can answer any questions you have, listen and understand your birth preferences, and together decide if I’m a good fit to add to your support team.
We will schedule two, two hour meetings to have during your pregnancy. This will be a chance to get to know one another even better and discuss what you envision for your birth. I am here as a resource for you. We will practice comfort measures together with both you and any other partners you plan to have present. I am here to listen and hold space, we can discuss hopes and fears and anything you wish to know more about for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.
Help create a birth plan if needed, and help come up with a post partum plan so you feel supported.
I’m available to communicate by text message or phone call through your pregnancy if you have any questions or need more support.
I will be on call to you two weeks before your “due date”. From week 38 on, at any hour of the day, I will be prepared to support you through labor.
Continuous support and encouragement through your labor and birth.
After the birth we will meet in the following days to check in on you post partum. This will be a two hour minimum meeting to aid and support you in any way. I will make sure to bring a meal and nourishment as you transition into this new phase of motherhood.
