Birth Support Includes

  • In our initial consultation I can answer any questions you have, listen and understand your birth preferences, and together decide if I’m a good fit to add to your support team.

  • We will schedule one, 2 hour, meeting towards the end of your pregnancy to connect even further and go over you birth preferences. We will practice comfort measures together with both you and any other partners you plan to have present. I am here to listen and hold space, we can discuss hopes and fears and anything you wish to know more about for your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience.

  • I’m available to communicate by text message or phone call through your pregnancy if you have any questions or need more support.

  • I will be on call to you one week before term, at 37 weeks. From then on I will be prepared to support you no matter the time of day or night.

  • Continuous support and encouragement through your labor and birth.

  • After the birth we will meet in the following days to check in on you post partum. This will be a two hour minimum meeting to aid and support you in any way. I will make sure to bring a meal and nourishment as you transition into this new phase of motherhood.
