Post Partum Support
The first several weeks postpartum are a time of deep healing. Your body has done extraordinary work and needs warmth, nourishment, and rest. Nutrient-dense foods like slow-simmered bone broth and easy-to-digest bites help replenish minerals, support recovery, and gently fuel your transition into motherhood.
Broths & Bites
Inspired by the book “The First Forty Days - The Essential Art of Nourishing the New Mother” by Heng Ou, I’ve created recipes to stock the freezer with that will nourish a mother though the first week postpartum.
In this package you will find homemade, nutrient dense bone broths and veggie broth. Having these available for a new mother to sip throughout her early postpartum days will help nourish and replenish her stores.
The bites were a recipe I survived off of after having my first child. Breastfeeding and producing milk takes a lot of energy. These bites are clean and easy to snack on. They hold in the fridge or freezer and you can take them out as needed or even put them on your nightstand of a late night & early morning snack.
The Broth & Bites Package includes:
32 oz. frozen beef bone broth
32 oz. frozen chicken bone broth
32 oz. veggie sipping broth
64 lactation bites
Total cost: $80
